So in this video, I will show you the top 10 AI tools you can use as a finance pro to save hours each day and take your work to the next level.

Full disclaimer, I have worked with most of these tools and I know their founders, but I will never recommend you a tool that I don't like and I didn't vet myself first. In this blog we discuss and shows about the different top ai tools for insider threat detection in finance operations.

Some popular AI tools include:

  • Zebra ai

  • Bigdata

  • Moss

  • FloQast

  • Runway

  • Rydoo

  • Trullion

  • puzzle

And so on many we explain these tool what to do and what should do it. How it works and important for you and so on further.

Zebra AI

I love this tool because this is what we want as finance professionals. Basically, just uploading an Excel file and getting your reports made for you. As you can see, Zebra AI is the sister of the really well-known tool Zebra BI, which automates reporting with IBCS standards. For you, it automates your reports, makes them management-ready, and also writes the commentaries by describing what is shown on the graphs. I recommend you try it and check it yourself.

Bigdata

This is a tool focused on financial analysis. Imagine ChatGPT, but really based on investing and doing analysis for your stocks. What I like is that you can create many graphs, and it also has access to data that you don't normally have as an individual because the company behind it has been providing institutional-quality data to investment companies for over 20 years. You can create your own watchlist, chat with the platform, get real insights in real time, create graphs, and save a huge amount of time if you need to prepare financial analysis, management reports, or even make investment decisions.

Moss

Moss is an expense management system that uses AI to recognize what is written on your invoices or receipts and automatically books it into your system. Another cool feature is that AI can also perform the accounting allocation for employee spending and automatically assign expenses to the correct accounting categories.

FloQast

FloQast is a tool that accountants love because it helps automate the financial close process and other large accounting operations where there is a lot of repetitive work. It uses AI to automate reconciliations, perform variance analysis, and handle repetitive journal entries. Instead of manually creating journal entries every month, you simply describe your journal entry process in your own words, and the machine generates the journal entries for you.

Runway

Runway is a financial planning and FP&A tool developed by a team in the US. It makes financial planning much more accessible not only for finance teams but also for management and other departments. It feels similar to Notion, allowing you to organize your financial models, query them using AI, and generate management narratives. It is especially useful for startups and growing companies that need to create multiple financial scenarios.

Rydoo

I love Rydoo because it automates one of the most repetitive finance tasks: processing receipts. Employees simply scan their receipts, and the system automatically books them, checks whether they comply with company policies, and highlights any exceptions. This saves time for both employees and finance teams, allowing finance professionals to focus on more valuable activities.

Trullion

Trullion is incredible because it performs three important finance tasks. It helps both auditors and companies prepare for audits by analyzing financial statements, identifying issues, and cross-referencing information. It also performs lease accounting by reading lease agreements and generating accounting entries and financial statement disclosures. In addition, it automates revenue recognition by reading sales contracts and applying the required accounting steps under both US GAAP and IFRS.

Puzzle

Puzzle automates accounting for startups. It works best when your subledgers have strong APIs and clean data. Systems such as payroll, banking, revenue, and expense management feed data directly into Puzzle, allowing it to automate almost all accounting work. It also generates management reports and insights within minutes.

Zapliance

Zapliance is a European company based in Germany that focuses on SAP use cases. One of its main features is identifying duplicate invoices using AI by scanning accounting transactions. It also identifies VAT that companies could recover but may have missed because of incorrect coding or incomplete accounting records.

Numra

Numra is based in Ireland and created a virtual AI assistant called Mari. Mari works on top of your accounting system, performs accounting tasks, reconciles accounting tables, and even completes complex Excel work that would normally take significant manual effort. It is particularly useful for manufacturing companies.
